Frank Sroka has established collaborative partnerships with local educational institutions and the corportate sector. Due to his consistent efforts, OWLware Ltd has been recognized service provider by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Toronto. OWLware Ltd. has set up WHMIS e-learning solutions for the Ministry of Health and Safety, devised and implemented job creation programs for Service Canada, and has provided customer service training for Ontario Works.
Frank Sroka believes that education is the key to eliminate career and employment barriers. He has incorporated this belief in the prime philosophy of OWLware Ltd. providing training and consultancy to corporations, non-profit organizations, and business enterprises to encourage diversity at the workplace and acknowledge the talent and potential of the employees with disabilities.
Complying with the legislation passed by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), OWLware has incorporated the mandatory standards into their diversity training modules to ensure an accessible workplace for all.
